hahaha, excellent idea Peter!!! In your imagination it is the sad clown with his motto “the show must go on”?

I would tend to say:
“If you love and laugh enough,
you do not just look like
you are happy.
Laughing is contagious, love too.”

Nice fun tale (though unfortunate for the patient), but a picture of a clown wasn’t what I wanted at 7 o’clock in the morning. Creepy devils.
